The vertical wrapping machine is a packaging machine for all kinds of products (food, ferrous, plastic and rubbery), which wraps the product to be wrapped in a forming tube expressly chosen by the customer according to the product to be packaged and seals it, thermosealing it by means of hot bar, impulse and recently ultrasound. The machine heat-seals the wrapper tape by transforming it into a tube, by means of an external dosing system discharges the product to be packaged inside the tube, and then welds and cuts the portion of the tube containing the discharged product, resulting in a pouch such as, for example, that of potato chips, candy, detergent.

The new vertical packaging machine CLIPPER has been designed to be inclined of 90° in order to work either in horizontal and vertical position depending on the type of product to be packed.
CLIPPER is very easy to use and the inclination can be changed using a simple hand wheel.
CLIPPER can work with different kinds of packaging materials like polypropylene film, microperforated and laminated film up to 700 mm. film reel width.
Thanks to its flexibility CLIPPER can be used for a various kind of products like bread, bakery products, dry pasta, fresh vegetables and fruits, trays, metal fittings and so on. The machine can make single or multiple packs.
The full stainless steel version is available on demand.
Economic, reliable and fast and it can produce 30 packs per minute.

This packaging machine is able to manipulate preformed bags like Doy Pack, Single Lip, Box Pouchwith zip opening or normal, which can be filled with all types of dosing systems.

The new automatic and compact packaging solution.
The machine is able to combine the forming of the bag with an external card applicator to obtain various kind of bags: pillow pack, square bottom, double square bottom and stabilo with card on the top.
MACHINE FUNCTIONING
The machine, that can be equipped with a dosing unit or manually fed, forms the bag starting from a reel.
In a second step through a carousel the machine takes the bag and moves it in order to apply the cardboards on the top.
Afterwards the machine creates the bag in one solution with different kinds of coupling system like hot melt, hot sealing of pre-glued cards, eyelet pouncing or label applicator.

CARDS STORAGE UNIT
The system is positioned on a adjustable sleight that can take in about 700/1000 cards (depending on the thickness of the cardboard)
This unit is equipped with photocell to check the presence of the cards in the storage.
CARDS POSITIONING UNIT
Totally realized in aluminium anticorodal and AISI 304 stainelss steel this rotating unit is equipped with a revolving arm and flexible fingers that by means of a sucker takes the cards from the storage unit and positions them on the bag.
C) CARDS APPLICATION SYSTEM
The card application system can be of three different kinds (depending on customer’s need) :
-Hot melt applicator
-Eyelet punching unit with one or two heads (depending on the required speed) with storage of 500 eyelets per unit and equipped with photocell to check eyelet presence
-Trough pre-heated teflon belts with pneumatic scissors movements

All moving mechanical parts and external support are treated with food grade chemical nickel bath with 0,3 mm metal penetration in order to guarantee inoxidizability.

MV10 PRATIKA TRE MACCHINE IN UNA

The new vertical packaging machine PRATIKA has been designed to be inclined of 90° in order to work either in horizontal and vertical position depending on products to be packed.
Pratika is very easy to use and the inclination can be changed using a simple hand wheel.
Pratika can work with different kinds of packaging materials like polypropylene, micro-perforated and laminated film up to 700 mm film reel width.
Thanks to its flexibility Pratika can be used for a various kind of products like bread, bakery products, dry pasta, fresh vegetables and fruits, trays, metal fittings and so on.
The machine can make single or multiple packs.
The full stainless steel version is available on demand.
Film reel unwinding:
The film reel unwinding is made trough the pulling of the longitudinal sealing wheels.
An adjustable tunnel allows the packaging of a lot of different kind of products with wide range of
measures.
The forming tunnel can be easily adjusted manually.
The reel friction is made by a leather belt positioned on the film reel holder.

Sealing wheels:
The machine is equipped with two couples of wheels: the first one for the film pulling , the second
one for the sealing.
Sealing jaws:
Pneumatic sealing jaws with a usable width of 350 mm
Electric part:
The electric board is fixed on the structure to be easily used by the operator.
Control panel:
Control panel is equipped with an emergency button and nr. 02 thermo-regulators.
The machine setting is made by a touch-screen PLC
