SUPREMA MONDIAL PACK TECHNOLOGY MADE IN ITALY
The flow-pack machine SUPREMA has been designed and built following the most recent and reliable technology, thus making it very versatile and suitable for the packaging of a wide range of products starting from one heat-sealable film reel.
Three indipendent brushless motors control the main movements of the machine: the feeding conveyor is driven by a variable-speed drum motor. All the function parameters of the machine can be modified through the touch-screen
panel. The machine automatically adjusts the bag length, the film print centring, the positioning of the product in phase with the printing and the slowing down of the transversal sealing group.
All functional groups are cantilevered assembled ant the electrical components are placed in the back part of the machine, thus making it more hygienic and easier to clean. All protective covering can be easily removed and a particular attention was paid to powders and crumbs, that are collected in suitable boxes very easy to clean.
The machine can be equipped with one or two film reels from 600 up to 900 mm wide.
Moreover automatic film reel changeover and motorized film pulling are available accessories.
The sealing bar of the transversal sealing group can be up to 400 mm wide.
