HIGH PRECISION SCREW DISPENSER

Doser for highly dusty products.
The electronic screw rotation control (“brushless” electric motor) guarantees perfect uniformity of the doses, and the internal mixer prevents product accumulation.
Equipped with independent Stop/Start controls, digital rotation speed adjustment potentiometer and general parameter setting keyboard.
Through a photocell full sensor, it controls the operation of the screw elevator that can be combined with it.
Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel.

VOLUMETRIC DISPENSER WITH 6/8 FLAPS CUPS

Working dosing system with telescopic cups mounted on a rotating plate with
hatches commanded unloading. Equipped with product level control photocell. It’ used to dose granular and non-dusty products. Parts in contact with the product in 304 stainless steel.

DOSE LINE YOUNG

Semi-automatic system with linear doser (1 head) for filling preformed bags, trays, etc. The system consists of:
Vibrating case for product loading.
Linear dosing unit (max. 200 0 g.) with microprocessor with one head and 1 or 2 vibrating channels (for roughing and finishing the dose).
Preformed bag infeed chute.
Electrical panel on the machine with unloading start pedal.
The system is built in painted steel with parts in contact with the product in AISI 304 stainless steel and compatible material
for contact with foodstuffs.

DOUBLE SANDWICH COUNTER 4000 PZ/H

Sandwich counter with structure in Aisi 304 stainless steel, complete with:
– rear vibrating plates in Aisi 304 stainless steel for feeding the channels
– vibrating channels in Aisi 304 stainless steel
– unloading hoppers
– photocells for counting programming terminal for setting and changing work parameters
The product poured onto the vibrating plates passes to the vibrating channels and from these it reaches the unloading hopper in the quantity
default.

VERTICAL PRINT CENTERING PHOTOCELL

Photocell for reading the notch of the film in “print centered”. It’ mounted on a stainless steel support adjustable on two axes and is electrically isolated from the packaging machine.

PHOTOCELL FOR HANDLE

Pneumatic die-cutting system to obtain an opening in the upper part of the package, to facilitate grip.

PLAYER

Accessory that allows the perforation of the package for the insertion and welding of the coffee aroma-saving valve.

GAS BLENDER FOR MODIFIED ATMOSPHERE

Selector to mix two inert gases such as nitrogen and carbon dioxide for protected atmosphere.

VALVE SYSTEM FOR ATM GAS

Injection system, via valve, of protective gas mixtures into the forming tube directly in the package, with the empty bag just sealed, gas pre-washing, after filling, second spray and then sealing closure. The second gas spray is for enveloping the modified atmosphere contents before closing and final welding.
