Caratteristiche tecniche:
– Struttura in acciaio verniciato a forno con vernici epossidiche.
– Gruppo portabobina a coni con svolgimento motorizzato della bobina, dotato di fermo macchina ad
esaurimento film. Compensazione fermata film a mezzo di ballerino. Calandra supporto film
motorizzata per perfetta centratura saldatura sul tubo formatore.
– Gruppo di saldatura orizzontale a movimentazione pneumatica.
– Gruppo di saldatura verticale, ad azionamento pneumatico, ince rnierato per agevole cambio del
tubo formatore.
– Gruppo traino film a mezzo di cinghioli autocentranti comandati da inverter e di facile sostituzione.
– Pannello di comando a sbalzo, con display luminoso per il controllo delle funzioni macchina tramite
PLC industriale.
– Encoder per co ntrollo lunghezza sacchetto in mancanza di utilizzo di fotocellula per centratura
stampa.
– Impiant o pneumatico con sistema di allarme mancanza aria (su pannello di comando).
– Quadro elettrico contenente PLC e componentistica di prima qualità. Cablatura a norme CEE a 24V.
– Può lavorare con qualsiasi film termosaldabile quali Polipropilene,accoppiati semplici ed a barriera e
polietilene (nella versione MV007/P)
– Parti meccaniche di movimento e d i supporto esterne trattate a bagno di nichel chimico alimentare
con penetrazione di 3/10 nel metallo per garantirne l?inossidabilità.

– Film c ompensation by dancing roller.
– Motorized reel support frame for perfe ct alignment of seal on forming tube.
– Mechanically-operated, intermittent motion horizontal seal jaws.
– Vertical hinged sealing group for rapid forming tube changeover .
– Friction drive film transport belts, self-centring,. Simple and fast c hangeover.
– Overhanging control panel, right or left hand positioning, with display and ind ustrial PLC.
– Encoder for bag length control (alternative to the photocell for central printing)
– Pneumatic circuit with alarm for air runout (on the control panel)
– Electrical control cabinet with PLC and first cls components. Wired according to European 24V
directives. Mounted on sliding guides.
– The machine can work with any hea tseal materials like polypropylene, aluminium complex, PVC,
laminated film and polyethylene (PE version)
– All moving mechanical parts and external su pport are treated with food grade chemical nickel bath
with 0,3 mm metal penetration in order to guarantee inoxidizability.
