The assembly unit is made up of a team of experienced persons coming from similar fields and is constantly enriched with the placement of young technical diplomates that can assure continuity and reliability.
The reliability is also guaranteed by the fact that the assembly units are specialized: in Carré we only produce flow pack machines and automations, while in Ternate we produce vertical lines with counting or weighing feeding systems, conveying belts and dosing systems.
Every machine that is assembled in the workshops of MONDIAL
PACK group is singularly tested for 92 hours non-stop at its maximum
production speed in order to check the perfect running of all electronic,
electric and pneumatic components. Moreover, before the final testing
in front of the customer, the technicians check all mechanic parts, bolts
and screws.
The technicians that are in charge of the tests are a group of mechanic
and electronic engineers and can assure professionalism and skilled assistance
to the customer.
